The landscape of Vysočina
Fields, trees, forests, sky, sun, occasionally a deer, bird, or insect… And me with a camera around my neck, walking through the countryside, fully immersed in it. I search for the most beautiful shot, waiting for the sun to shine and illuminate the ruins of Rokštejn Castle. When all the other photographers have left, I finally get my chance, and in the setting sun, I finally capture the dreamed-of shots…
Taken in July 2007, when I, along with other classmates from the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University, participated in a Artistic Plein Air, where, as part of the photography group, I could spend whole week documenting the local landscape and architecture.
Other photographs from this Plein Air are available here.
