Brtnice
Outside, the sun is just rising, and I’m already sitting in the car heading towards Brtnice. The fields outside the window are passing by, and I’m contemplating whether the early wake-up will be worth it. Whether I’ll be able to take good shots. We park at the square, I step out, and along with other classmates – photographers, I listen to the instructions for the day. With a wave goodbye, my first steps lead towards the ramshackle Brtnice castle…
Similar to the series Landscape of Vysočina, these are photographs from July 2007 when I, along with other classmates from the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University, participated in a Artistic Plein Air. Here, as part of the photography group, I could spend whole week documenting the local landscape and architecture.
