Spring cherry blossoms

I don’t even remember how I came across that video. But suddenly, I was watching a video by Angela Anderson on YouTube, painting spring flowers on a tree branch. I watched the entire process with fascination, starting with the palette knife work on the background and progressing to the white flowers in the foreground. The revelation that she used a cotton swab instead of a brush to create the flowers was a game-changer for me. I realized that even though I don’t have precise control with a brush, I can still create beautiful images. And so, I embarked on working on my very first acrylic painting…
